Inspired by the recipe '' Baked meatballs '' by Meri>: D <... I thought I would prepare them and I would see the difference :)) ... The difference is not only that they are much healthier not being fried in oil.
The picture is not bright: D ... but the meatballs I assure you are definitely;)
- 5-6 potatoes
- 900 gr minced meat
- 3 eggs
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Baked meatballs:
We peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes and boil them in cold salt water. When they are cooked, drain them and put them in a bowl.
Add the minced meat, dill, eggs and season.
Mix the ingredients well and let the composition cool.
We make balls out of the composition and place them in a tray lined with baking paper.
We put them in the hot oven until they brown nicely.
Serve as a side dish or simple with mustard :)
Before being put in the oven it is good to be given in breadcrumbs (but I did not have)
